This is a holocaust themed book about Hitler and his men. This book tells tells how Hitler didnt trust any of his men or the people he worked with. Jochen Van Lang tells about how Hitler's decsisions were unreasonable and costed people their lives. Htler was unreasonable because he had no reason to do what he did. This was an interesting book and hopefully more facts are added in another book of Jochen Van Lang's.

You’re in a train when magic makes you appear in a world that you haven’t been to for a

year, that world… is Narnia. The Chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian, by C.S. Lewis is a

novel about the brave and joyful Lucy, Susan Edmund, and Peter the Narnian kings and

queens. Since 100 years to Narnia is 1 year to the real world Narnia is 100 years older.

Then they return to the castle of Cair Paravel and the adventures of no turning back

begin. All of the kids are very in a way joyful for happily going back to the country they

once ruled, and they’re brave because they didn’t turn back and try hopelessly to go

home. There is a movie of this book I cant wait to see it!

I Read The Giver

Jonas is almost twelve, it's almost time for him to get assigned a profession. There's a big ceremony at which the decisions are announced. Jonas watches all his friends get their jobs (Recreation Director, Caretaker for the Old), but then he's skipped over. The Chief Elder finishes the ceremony and explains that Jonas has been "selected" to be The Receiver of Memory, which is a BIG DEAL. Jonas looks over at the current Receiver, an old man who, like Jonas, has light eyes. This is also a big deal; Jonas is one of very few people in the community with light eyes. Jonas gets a list of rules. They tell him that he isn't allowed to discuss his Receiver "training" with anyone, that he's allowed to lie (!), and that he can ask anyone any questions he wants, even if it's rude. And then Jonas starts his training, which involves receiving a series of memories from the old Receiver, who is now referred to as The Giver. These aren't just any old personal memories; rather, the old man is passing on to Jonas all the memories of humanity, going way back. The memories are from before their were emotions, music, color and cars. Jonas ends up wanting these memories of “new” things so he leaves the community with his brother Gabe and knows when hes there because he hears the music that The Giver told him about. 179 pages
